Barbie Lake's Dip

1/4 tsp Cumin
1 T Chili powder
3/4 cup Sour cream
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup Monterrey jack
1/2 pkg Cream cheese
1 cup Picant'e salsa


Bake @ 350 for 30-40 mintues.
