Cilantro Butter


1 Stick of Butter at room temperature.
1/4 Cup of finely chopped Cilantro
2 Tablespoons or so of Olive Oil

Blend all together and shape with saran wrap, back into a log form.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve over Chilpotle Cilantro Lime Tri-Tip
