Sausage Cheese Balls

2 pounds (32 oz.) ground sausage, uncooked
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
(*For firmer texture, add an extra 3 cups Bisquick & 2 cups cheese*
